Recommended procedure:

  1. Make sure that Luratech is still running. Open the Luratech batch control window, and make sure that the OCR batch process is not shown as “stopped” or “paused”.
  2. Remove all files from the OCR in, OCR out, extractInputs, and extractOutputs/Debug folders.
  3. Start the Extract program, but before loading in any files, …
  4. In the Archive menu, turn on Debug Mode.
  5. Load the PDF document(s) believed to cause the problem.
  6. If the problem recurs, please send us
    • The PDF document(s)
    • The file extractor.log from the installed_software folder.
    • The contents of the extractOutputs/Debug folder
